A Japanese Aikuchi, dagger. Made for Mimashi Tomo Michi. Signed Fujita Naga Hiro. Pupil of famous smith.
Dated summer of 1870. Has a black laquer shira saya.
Has a good quality kodjuka, no blade. Blade bright but has scratches would benefit from a polish.
A scarce made for special order Aikuchi.

A Japanese Tsuka (hilt) for a wakizashi. Circa 19th century with earlier iron fuchi kashira and meiji period soft metal menuki. Kashira shows gourd's side by side.
All complete and in very good condition. A tang 9.5cm
long will go into tsuka.

A Japanese Wakizashi Tsuba. This is a Kenjo, a gift tsuba. Probably from Edo, bought by samurai as gifts for their lord's and not usually mounted on sword's.
Looks 1800-50's period. Wear and tear to fine nunome overlay, has a shakudo rim. 71mm by 66mm.

Design has badges/gates as worn on crown of ruler of hell. Very big Hitsuana. Possibly work by Choshu or Higo school. 81mm by 76mm.

Japanese Wakizashi.
A Japanese Wakizashi inscribed to Omi Daijo Fujiwara Tada Yoshi. There were nine generations of smiths working between 1600-1871. Unsure which one made this blade. The blade is in untouched condition, has some old marks but overall condition is good. Has high quality mounts which are in fine condition. Has a rare Tsuba by Jakushi circa 1700. A fine quality sword.

Japanese Wakizashi.
A Japanese Wakizashi blade restored in Japan. In Shira saya and the blade is in excellent polish.
Has N.B.T.H.K papers dated August 1972. The sword is attributed to Onizuka Yoshi Kuni. The sword is rated Hozon, worthy of preservation. Also has the original owners sword licence with it. An excellent piece .
